I read the Eat Stop Eat book on the back of that info, very interesting and a very short concise way to approach IF. Decided to switch to your way of doing this as that book recommends it!!
the split day fasting? I definitely recommend it myself although you do have to have an element of control to not eat around you when it gets to your first meal =P
Eat Stop Eat, it's basically the same as JUDDD except he advocates, only 1-2 24 hour fasts per week, eating healthily in your in betweens and split day fasting so that you eat every day instead of full days without food. I have the ebook I think I can send it to you if you would like.
