    Hi Dibzzy!:)
Don't fret hun! This does happen now and again. Although the scales don't show a loss i bet you'll have lost inches! You'll get up one morning and you'll find a couple of pounds have just disappeared overnight:p

One week i finished work on the monday for a few days off. When i went back although the scales showed no loss - my work belt actually fell off:D I couldn't believe it! You're body will release those pounds so don't worry!

You will indeed notice that the inches fall off even if the weight doesn't seem to - it all evens out in the end!

(My CDC had a lady who lost one pound one week, one pound the next and nine pounds the next - and she'd stuck faithfully to SS throughout. You never can tell! :))

My plateau is in reverse at the moment (I put weight on after starting SS+) but I'm not letting it get to me, I trust CD too much. I know it will be OK in the end - all the success stories on here prove that!

Try not to worry. Nearly all my weeks had 4 day STS. The scales would stick, then suddenly a big jump just before weigh day. It was really weird.

Regardless of what the scales say, you are still losing fat.

Well done for staying on course. Measure your success by that, because that's all that really matters in the end. The scales will play nicely when they feel like it :D

I agree with everyone else. I often sts for 4-5 days and then boom, it comes down for WI. and even if you have a small loss, it will even out in the end. Look at the total not just the week. I too believe in CD and know that my fat is dissapearing even if the scales dont know it, My trousers do. keep going, this diet can not fail you

I have the same, except my scales change at the start of the week, but then right before weigh in they stall and then go UP on weigh in day!

How strange that it seems to happen to so many people. Mine nearly always STS for 3-5 days and then on the WI day they drop off.

Mine vary-they either change at the beginning of the week and then stay the same the 2 days before weigh in, or they stay the same all week and then drop off suddenly 2 days before weigh in.Maybe it's psychological?

You see, I only cheat when I'm doing really well! (In the hope that it won't make any difference to the next WI - if it does, then I'm as good as gold after that! :D) It's funny why we do the things we do.....

Drink more water. It's the only way to get the scales moving again.
