Helppp please with syns

I went to our local market and had 10 spicy chicken pieces- they have a light batter and spices on them. Anyway it wasn't until I had ordered them I noticed that they were cooked in a deep fat fryer! How many syns do I class them as?

Nuggets are 1.5 each if they were anything like that
