This is 2nd week on SW (for about the 20th time) and 1st time on minimins - hello everyone
Im hoping that this time when i lose weight its for keeps
This week ive been pretty bad - my weigh in is on Thursday, last Friday made the mistake of going out after work and getting slightly drunk then coming home and having take away chinese - oops, so have drawn a line under it and have been trying to limit my syns to no more than 5 a day. Im trying EE and today have had:
Breakfast
Muller fat free greek style luscious lemon yoghurt (0.5 syns)
Bowl of strawberries
2 Chocolate and Caramel Hi-fi bars (HexB)
250ml Oatly
Lunch
Rice
Butternut squash
Spinach
Cucumber
Fat free fromage frais mixed with corriander and white wine vinegar
Dinner
Beef Curry (last nights beef stew with curry powder added) - beef/celery/mushrooms/onions/parsnips/turnip
Potatoes
Mange tout
Going to try and drink at least 4 glasses water because a bit bloated at the mo - just hope friday hasnt scuppered my weight loss this week too much
