Herbs/Spices on Refeed?

    just wondering if anyone knows if you can have herbs/spices on refeed week :confused:

    I called the helpline, the girl said you can use and herb or powder spices on refeed :)

    Yup, ya sure can :)
    I would steer clear of salt though if you can. You'll find you just wont need it.

    havent used salt since i gave up smoking 2.5 years ago, everything tasted so much better without it lol , and now after the nearly 6 months on this everthing tastes fantastic on its own :)

    I used loads of herbs and spices except salt. I never add salt to anything.
    Pepper, lemon juice, balsamic and some chopped oregano makes a fab salad dressing. You don't need oil on everything either. Buy a good covered sauté pan and dry fry everything, adding a little chicken stock, that's my top tip.
