2nd problem area...breast painful in ill fitting bra as my weight has increased!

Reason for dieting...Well, im fat arnt I..lol, no I am out of breath all the time, my breasts hurt and my stomach feels sweaty and uncomfortable, I have no clothes I fit anymore without looking like a mound of fat rolls...
