Day 1 - EE day

B - WW Yogurt and a banana
L - Leftover veg curry (onion, carrot, swede, leek, potato) and a WW pitta
D - Spaghetti Bolognese

Snacks - cherry tomatoes, cucumber and carrot sticks (to go with houmous)

Syns - 70g Pot Eat Smart Houmous 7, French Fries 4

Healthy Extras a) SS milk in my drinks b) WW Pitta
 
Okay, Day 2 on the EE plan.

B - 2 slices wholemeal bread (Hex) with olive spread 3 rasher lean bacon and brown sauce

L - Leftover spaghetti bolognese from last night

D - Big vegetable stir fry with chicken and half a blue dragon chow mein pouch

Snacks - banana, and carrot sticks, french fries and WW yogurt.

My a hex is the milk in my tea.
 
Day 3 on EE

B - Tin of plum tomatoes on 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HEXb)
L - Tuna and salmon salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn, onion,
D - Roast chicken (no skin) new potatoes and loads of salad again

Snacks - Strawberries, banana, mango and pineapple

HEXa - Milk in tea and coffee

Syns, olive spread, light mayonnaise, can of pimms and lemonade, low fat natural yogurt.
 
Day 4 of EE

B - Sausage sandwich (WW Sausages and 2 pieces wholemeal bread) 1 is HEXb

L - Loads of Salad stuff with some lean ham and chicken chucked in

D - Chicken stir fry with chow mein sauce and noodles

Snacks, yogurt, fruit

Syns - 1 slice bread, brown sauce, 2 x ww sausages, french fries, 1/4 pouch blue dragon sauce.
 
Hi tawny75. How are you finding extra easy? Your foods looking really good. I love those blue dragon chow mein sauces have you tried any of the others? X
 
HI Nelly, I have tried the sweet and sour one too and they are lovely!

Okay, Diary for today

B - 1 slice toast with choc philly and a yogurt

L - Chicken and ham salad with loads of super free food and some salad cream.

D - Creamy pasta with loads of leaves.

Snacks - grapes, carrot sticks, french fries

Syns today so far 8.5
 
Right here we go with todays diary, I have stuck to the plan for 5 days out of 6 so far, so today will be number 6.

EE

B - Lemon yogurt and a banana

L - 2 slices wholemeal bread (1 is HexB and 1 synned) 2 scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and salad

D - Chicken with stir fry veg

HexA - milk in drinks

Syns - Bread 1 slice, french fries and maybe a couple of biscuits at a meeting tonight.
 
So yesterday was a write off as I snacked on rubbish for dinner as I could not be bothered to get my fat butt into gear and cook something for me. NO MORE!

Right Day 8 in the Kickbutt house. EE day

B - Hexb Slice of toast with choc philly, banana 2 syns

L - Chicken salad with tbsp light Caesar dressing 0.5 syns

D - Lighter choices sausages x 2, bacon medallions, baked beans, frylight egg, mushrooms and SW chips 2 syns

HEXa - Milk in tea/coffee

Snacks, WW yogurt and what ever else I fancy...

Right, after falling spectacularly off the wagon over the last couple of days, I am back and focused.

EE day

B - WW yogurt and banana
L -Ham salad, with tbsp caesar dressing 0.5syn
D - Quick creamy pasta with salad

HexA - milk in drinks
HexB - slice wholemeal bread to make a ham sandwich 1syn for olive spread
