Well have finally got my a**e in to gear and started on my way to loosing 2 stone.:sigh: Will take it half a stone at a time. So here goes.

MONDAY 4/3/13 (EE)
B= mushroom omelette
l=tuna salad wrap
d=fish,rice,tin toms, mediteranian veg baked in oven.

A=milk
B=wrap

banana
tea,coffee

kit-kat 5.5
ww salad cream 1


TUES 5/3/13 (G)
B=oat so simple, pear
L=left over rice from last night(no fish)
D=sw chips, egg, beans

A=milk
A=milk
B=oat so simple

tea,coffee

Kit-kat 5.5
 
WED 6/3/13
B=mushroom omelette
L= 1 slice toast
D= pasta with feta cheese

A=milk A=cheese
B= bread B=

tea and coffee

Syns = low fat spread 2 kit kat 5.5 cheese wheelz 4
 
THURS 7/3/13 (G)

B=porridge 1 pear
L= scrambled egg on 2 toast
D= sw chips 1 egg and mushy peas

A=milk A=milk
B=poridge B=bread

tea and coffee

Syns low fat spread 4 kit kat 5.5

Although looks ok on paper for some reason i feel like ive really struggled today. Think its because i hadnt planned what i was gona be eating. Need to plan for tomorrow!
 
Hey! Good luck - how are you finding it?

I hope you don't mind me commenting but I don't think you are eating enough SF?
