I'll fill in the details later on....but hoping that keeping a food diary will keep me honest been at slimming world too long now not to see the target!!!


Breakfast :
Hex B: 35g Porridge
1 tsp honey (1 syn)
Hex A: 250 ml low fat milk

Lunch:
Spicy speed soup

Snacks
Muller Light

So far 2 coffees and 2 ltr of water, 1 diet coke

off to the zoo tomorrow with the in-laws so will need to prepare a lot of SW food tonight

Off to the zoo today

Breakfast- bacon, eggs, beans and syn free sausages 3xslices of dunnes hex b wholemeal bread

Lunch - rocket, eggs, cherry tomatoes and chicken.
Wholemeal roll (approx 8 syns) with lean Ham and syn free sausages

Snacks - sw KFC chicken nuggets and a melon. 2 bananas and 2 apples

Snacks: Mugshot, 2x lemon aldi yogurts, 1 x aldi strawberry yogurt, 2 apples, 1 bananna

Tea - SW Chicken Korma with boiled rice

Drinks: 3 bottles water,3 cups coffee, 1 bottle diet coke

syns: 2 small (really!) pieces of chocolate biscuit cake - 10 syns (approx ?) 1 cookie 5 syns


1 x 3.5 km run and 1.5km walk
