Here i am... 6 weeks down...

And 21lb lighter. I would have been more had i not had pratting about nights where i have binged.

21lbs. Wow. I didn't realise i had so much will power. Another 7lbs and I've lost 2 stone. That is such a massive achievement for me. When i think how large i had gotten, well it makes me rather tearful i will be honest.

My B.M.I is almost under 30 now.
