I'm pointing again though. I currently get 27 points per day.

Day 1 - Thursday 03.06.10

Breakfast - Poached Eggs on Toast [4.5]
Lunch - banana and cereal [5]
Tea - Steak dinner - Fillet steak, homemade chips, peas, carrots and pepper sauce made with skimmed milk [10]
Pudding - make-do strawberry tart - this was a mini sponge flan, with vanilla yogurt and strawberries [3.5]

I must say, it was totally delicious. Definitely worth the points!


Total points = 23
Carried Forward = 4
Activity Points Earnt = 5.5 - gym & wii

Total AP for week = 5.5

Day 2 - Friday 04.06.10

Breakfast - Portabella mushroom, 2 rashers THL bacon, 30g cheese, poached egg and beans [6]
Lunch - Calzone [8.5]
Tea - Homemade lamb burgers and potatas bravas [7]
Pudding - lemon meringue pie need to check points for this, it's either 2 or 5...

Total points = 23.5
Carried Forward = 3.5
Activity Points Earnt = 1 - walk

Total AP for week = 6.5

Day 3 - Saturday 05.06.10

Breakfast - Portabella mushroom, 2 rashers THL bacon, beans, grilled tomato, quorn steak and toast [6.5]
Lunch - TLC pancakes and a banana [5.5]
Tea - Pasta, tomatoes, onion, pepper and spinach with paprika [4.5]
Snacks - Pitta and cheese [3.5] and a skinny cow mint icecream for pudding [2.5]

Total points = 22.5 so far
Carried Forward =
Activity Points Earnt = 2 - lifting boxes and moving furniture up n down stairs..

Total AP for week = 8.5
