Here we go again !!

    Hi my name is Zoe I've done a new thread as I have several running and new to this so thought I'd do one thread as I'm getting abit confused lol I'm only 5ft 1 and weigh 13st 12 so have a fair bit to lose I've done every diet there's going from Cambridge lighterlife even tablets from a slimming clinic every time I loose it I think fantastic eat what I want then put it all back on plus more what a waste of money !! Feel fed up and depressed with myself and need to get my confidence back I started slim and save on Monday and so far so good so much more choice than other vlcd feeling more positive each day and with all the great advice and tips on here this is what's keeping me going . So I've nearly finish day 4 not been that hungry at all today only just had my second product hopefully that's a good sign going to start Zumba tomorrow feeling apprehensive but my friend that goes says there's all shapes and sizes just have visions of size zeros in Lycra !! Hope to get some support on my thread and advice xxx

    Hi, subscribing :) I feel exact same. Weighed in Monday at 18.10 which is depressing ive kind of been ignoring iy since I had kids but can't any longer as its affecting everything in my life. Never done a vlcd diet before (tried everything else though!) Glad your not struggling too much. How do you find packs? X

    You will definitely see all shapes and sizes at Zumba. I've only done it a couple of times but it was so absorbing and fun that you won't be thinking about other people. Too busy worrying about what your feet are doing and enjoying it.

    Finding the packs quite good love the Shepard's pie joined the gym today my friend bullied me into it not usually a fan of gyms but quite enjoyed it ? and Zumba tonight fingers crossed they not all in Lycra and skinny and I can keep up !! Had strawberry shake for b/ f then spicy spaghetti with mixed salad leaves at lunch got swede chips for later not quite sure what pack to have with them yet then a shake in evening as I go to bed late and that's my worse time xx how you doing today both of you xxx

    Glad your enjoying it hun :) im just making mushroom pasta with broccoli and cauliflower dying to try swede chips but not going shopping until tomorrow. Let me know what they are like. Im just trying to get started me water down mr not drank much all day im useless at remembering water my poor body must be so dehydrated! !x

    I'm good just been for a swim and having a coffee and choc orange bar - my fave. Enjoy Zumba and think where it's going to get you.

    I have trouble getting the water down I use apple Ribena plus to help cooking swede chips now they are my favourite and I did Zumba thankfully they were all shapes and sizes get very conscious of myself but everyone was so busy trying to work out moves it was ok ? god knows if I will be walking in the morning might have to have my shake brought to me in bed !!! Xxx

    And clinquant well done on the swimming I'm yet to get the confidence to put a swimming costume on I used to love swimming xx

    I got a cheap swimming costume from Sports Direct with short legs - definitely helped me feel better but I did still swim at 20 stone. Even though I know I'm smaller I still looked at myself in the mirror in the changing rooms and thought I looked no different.

    Well done on the Zumba - told you everyone would be worrying about themselves. It'll be a doddle next time and you will start to get a grip with some of the moves.

    Might have to have a look in sports direct at the swimming costumes one with short legs sounds good for me hide some of my wobbly bits xx

    How do u find the diet I have tried most of the bars and haven't found one I like fine until I start chewing them then it's the after taste Akins do a few that aren't chewy have u tried any bit worried about mixing diet by they are low carb too miss having a chocolate bar ?xx

    My favourites are the choc truffa and the choc orange - very similar. If you haven't tried them they are more truffly like a real chocolate bar. Mint one the same but its really minty almost like breath freshener. I don't mind the lemon but I agree the sort of chewy protein bar thing isn't that nice. I get most of my stuff from Lighter Life and they do a peanut bar I like.

    Hiya zoe66 hope your doing well, I loved the mushroom pasta one of my new favs just had the spicy spaghetti and must say I was not impressed maybe it needed some sort of herb or spice? I love the bars I find the milk choc nicer than the dark but as long as its sweet im not fussed lol x

    Have ordered some mint and orange ones they coming Monday so fingers crossed have u tried the coconut one is that chewy or just coconut inside ?? Xxx

    And hi Kirstie so far so good apart from bars !! No I'm not over keen on spicy spaghetti think my favourite is cottage pie and cheesy pasta over cauliflower and broc xx they are getting rid of cheesy pasta and bringing out a four cheese pasta and a carbonara so hopefully they will be nice have ordered the wafers to try and a bag of crisps for a treat xx it's the water I'm having trouble with but getting there xx

    Spicy spaghetti is my absolute favourite - just shows how everyone is different. I do put salt and loads of black pepper in it though. Coconut is quite nice somewhere between chewy and a Bounty I usually just get one though for a bit of a change.

    Might order that one to try next time I did lighter life but so expensive I wasn't over keen on the bars back then could really do with a chocolate now but won't Monday weigh in and I've stuck to it all so far xx

    Im looking forward to new cheesy packs, cottage pie over broccoli and cauliflower is also my fav! Im hungry for some reason today I think its psychological though. Ive cleaned house top to bottom to keep me busy lol. And its only 11am :/ Had my bar for breakfast today cos I just needed to chew something!
