I’ve just had a bowl of jelly, cherries and squirty cream, just sitting here nibbling on some roast chicken, funny old day foodwise, got in late and couldn’t be bothered to cook, so probably not eaten enough today but otherwise on plan
1lb off this week and I’m happy with that. I’ve been logging the food in to MFP and intake has been roughly between 1050 - 1250 and a couple of days at 900 ish so I need to up my calories slightly to keep me nearer the 1200.

I need to go through my cookbooks as I went shopping this morning and came away with just chicken. I'm trying not to eat red meat so I'm restricted. I have fish for lunch so can't really have fish for dinner as well.
