I was greedy and ate the whole lot in one sitting with fruit and squirty cream followed by some yoghurt.. :eek:

Back on it today. Got nothing happening until 29th March.:)
It could have been much worse at least it was only jelly ....................and cream shhhhhh

I love my food and my skin feels amazing, hubby said to treat myself so I just bought some Clinique moisture surge moisturiser and wow what a difference, best ever

Lovely sunny 🌞 day down here on the coast, just picked up some roasting veg in M&S, got a small load of washing in and then the day is my own.
What are you ladies up to today?

I also just picked up two small 2kg each dumbells from argos, i want to tone up my bingo wings, they are not too bad but I’d like them a bit firmer.

I’ve just had a bowl of jelly, cherries and squirty cream, just sitting here nibbling on some roast chicken, funny old day foodwise, got in late and couldn’t be bothered to cook, so probably not eaten enough today but otherwise on plan

Weigh in day tomorrow, i feel it’s just going to be a wee loss this week, it’s going to stall at some point and I’m due a STS

1lb off this week and I’m happy with that. I’ve been logging the food in to MFP and intake has been roughly between 1050 - 1250 and a couple of days at 900 ish so I need to up my calories slightly to keep me nearer the 1200.
Well I’m just off to work for another fun packed day:classic_cool:

Well done on the 1lb. More squirty cream needed to help with those calories. ;)

I need to go through my cookbooks as I went shopping this morning and came away with just chicken. I'm trying not to eat red meat so I'm restricted. I have fish for lunch so can't really have fish for dinner as well.:(
