Here we go again

Have taken a photo of the recipe, will definitely do that when I get home unless I can find the curry packets out here.

Pool is clean now, hoping the rubbish weather has finished, as it’s been horrid here.

Evening ladies

Another good day for me 😇. Been a busy day, food shopping done, washing, pile of ironing, curry made, fluff made, some jellies made, food planned and added to WW app for the rest of the week :classic_big_grin:

Breakfast
Fresh fruit

Lunch
Seeded flat bread, chicken breast, cucumber and hellmans honey and mustard salad dressing (1tsp)
Hartleys jelly

Snack
Two snack a jacks with squirty cream

Dinner
Mayflower chicken curry, wholegrain rice, prawn crackers (14g) @GaGirl the curry was lush, one eaten and three in the freezer.

Dessert
Raspberry fluff and squirty cream

What’s your fluf recipe x
One sugar free jelly made up with half a pint of boiling water, wait until it cools right down but not set and then whisk in 500g 0% fat free Greek yogurt, I use a hand electric blender so it froths up and is full of air bubbles, it sets very quickly.

Seeded flat bread, wafer thin chicken and cucumber
Grapes
Snack a jack with squirty cream

Dinner
Roast chicken, carrots, broccoli, parsnip, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Dessert
Raspbery fluff and squirty cream

Evening ladies

This must be about month 7 of my healthy eating plan :classic_big_grin: and to be honest, its been a pretty good journey really. The scales have gone down about 99% of the time so I can’t complain there, a few low losses but thats to be expected, but the best thing is I’ve managed to control my eating during times of anxiety and stress which is a biggy for me, long may it continue. I feel quite confident that when i get down to a weight that I’m comfortable with, that I’ll be able to maintain it for once.

Chocolate snack a jack with squirty cream
Two WW ginger biscuits

Dinner
Crustless quiche, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and skinny slaw
Left over fluff and a small squirt of cream
