One sugar free jelly made up with half a pint of boiling water, wait until it cools right down but not set and then whisk in 500g 0% fat free Greek yogurt, I use a hand electric blender so it froths up and is full of air bubbles, it sets very quickly.
This must be about month 7 of my healthy eating plan and to be honest, its been a pretty good journey really. The scales have gone down about 99% of the time so I can’t complain there, a few low losses but thats to be expected, but the best thing is I’ve managed to control my eating during times of anxiety and stress which is a biggy for me, long may it continue. I feel quite confident that when i get down to a weight that I’m comfortable with, that I’ll be able to maintain it for once.

Crustless quiche, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and skinny slaw
Left over fluff and a small squirt of cream
