Bit of an up and down day, over on syns today but calorie wise probably ok. Had steak for dinner but left half of it so probably not as bad as it seems.
On a plus point i lost 2lb this week . Going to have a really clean week this week and hopefully see a good loss at the next weigh in.
I’m still here just had a horrendously busy day at work yesterday and didn’t get home until gone 6pm i didn’t have any intention of staying so didn’t take any food apart from my porridge so i was pretty pi**ed off with my boss who dropped me right in it at the last minute. Anyway ended up eating things that I shouldn’t have . Dinner last night was a chicken salad with 200g fries done in the oven so not too bad and a bit of chocolate. Was so tired that i fell asleep all evening and then went to bed and slept right though. Just going to draw a line under it and back on plan today.
Just got back from tesco as they have got a lot of offers on, spent £120 on food for my larder just incase people start panic buying because of brexit, its food that i use every week so it will get used no matter what.
Just waiting for my car as its in the garage having its first service, nothing else planned.

Thats the food shop done for the week, lots of healthy veg/salad bought so a clean week is needed for weigh in on Thursday.
Just dismantled the rowing machine not doing my back any good, glad I bought it cheap otherwise hubby wouldn’t be impressed. Might look for an exercise bike instead. Just made some jelly, was going to do some cauliflower soup but i forgot to get some white onions, might make it anyway as I don’t suppose it will make much difference.
You need to keep posting on here even if your not fully on plan, we can help you . I know how hard it is to get back in the zone but I don’t want to end up back at 17st plus again and I’m sure you don’t either. I had a bad day on Friday but its done with, line drawn and I’ve moved on, we are not perfect and I’m sure it will happen again and again.
Please don’t let it get the better of you, i do feel for you and i know how hard this is but just do what you do best, look at at all those lovely meals you prepare that are on plan, just one day at a time Mini, but you do need to keep posting even if the day hasn’t been as good as you would have liked.
@Mini none of us is perfect. I ate half a Morrisons coffee and walnut sponge today. I thought as I have had a busy weekend litter picking I deserved it. I would of eaten the whole one if OH didn't want some.
