Day 31 :classic_big_grin:

Well, a pretty good day and the scales are coming back down from the gain i had due to a planned off day :classic_roll_eyes:
Been food shopping today which was an hours walking done, got back, put the shopping away and then i was on the treadmill for another 50mins 😇 so I’ll be lucky if i get a STS this week. I’ve deliberately kept my food intake low today trying to claw back some damage so all I’ve had today is two scrambled eggs for lunch, and for tea a bowl of stewed apple with 100g breyers vanilla icecream which was well scrummy. Will be back to normal tomorrow, i have planned all my food for the next five days so i know what I’m having.

Managed to scrape a wee loss this morning, 0.1lb :classic_confused: Mmm say no more

B: Porridge with blueberries
L: Flatbread with turkey and salad, quavers
S: Soft prunes
D: Butterflied chicken dipped in egg then in bread crumbs, 100g fries, large salad
P: Stewed apple with 100g breyers vanilla icecream

L: Flatbread with turkey and cucumber, slice cheese, quavers
D: Salmon fillet, peas (not that hungry)

Not that hungry today so I’m not going to eat for the sake of it. I did make a chinese chicken curry when i got in from work ready to take into work tomorrow as it looks like I’m going to be at work until possibly midnight tomorrow. Got some poppadoms to take in as well as they are quite low in points. No pictures of my meals today as not much to report back on but you can have a picture of my curry in progress.

I’m still in bed :classic_smile: after yesterday’s 19 hr day, going to chill out today and get some rest. Will get up shortly and have a long shower, followed by some eggs on toast and a mug of tea.

Well my weight is up 2lb this morning 😬 getting fed up with this if I’m honest, it’s not as if I’ve even been cheating.
Anyway i was just rummaging around in the bottom of my wardrobe and found the red & green plan from SW going back a few years :classic_big_grin: i lost so much weight following this plan that I’m going to give it a go from tomorrow and see how i do. I try so flipping hard and feel like I’m not getting rewarded for it and something has gotta give. I’m just going to go right back to basics and see what results i get, i know I’m older and that the weight doesn’t come off as quick but I’ll be interested to see what the scales say in a weeks time.

Oh no. Could it be too much carby foods. I can't eat bread or crisps without being bloated and scales go up.

I had a snow day today. Don't think the school needed to close but they had to make their mind up last night so they closed it.:)

To be honest, I really don’t know? I have porridge which is really healthy and sometimes a flatbread but I wouldn’t say that’s excessive carbs, its not like i eat pasta or rice. I’m just stumped really.

Have you been drinking enough? Althou I don't think how much you drink really makes a difference with weight loss.

Could be the stewed apple?

Look at the changes you have made from when you were losing before.:)
