Morning ladies
Well I’ve gone back over the last seven days of food, putting it in to MFP this morning and no wonder I’m not losing 🙄
Sat/963 Sun/801 Mon/852 Tues/910 Wed/987 Thur/867 Fri/1010

Ok so this seems to be where it’s going wrong, i like WW but I can’t see how many calories I’ve been consuming which is a bit of a problem, well for me it is. I’m probably under each day by at least 300-400 cals 😱

I’m going to log all food in to MFP and see what happens this week, also going to up my calories to nearer 1500 🙈

That is low calories you had last week. Hopefully by upping them the scales will start moving back down again for you.:)

Well I’m up 1.5lbs this morning and I really don’t know how? I’m just going to assume that my body is holding on to something and I’ll lose it this next weigh in. I know for a fact that I haven’t been eating enough so the plan this week is to up it to 1400 calories a day and see how I go.

Have you been exercising like you did the first couple of weeks?

Not really apart from running around at work. It’s a new week and I restarted yesterday on 1400 as I’m definitely under eating, I’ll see what happens at weigh in.

Sometimes when you drop calories low the change in diet can cause bowel changes and digestion can either speed up or slow down...

Good luck Diane with the week ahead.

Funny you should mention this, digestion has definitely slowed down :sick0019:

Good morning ladies
Well the scales are now moving in the right direction so I’m a happy bunny :bunnydance: no more checking now until Sunday.

Off to work now, oh I so can’t be bothered this morning 🙄

This is a good function on the Nutracheck app, if you prefer more calories at the weekend then you just tick sat/sun and it adjusts your calorie allowance though the week to compensate.

A good day from me, 1327 calories consumed, 597 of those was on a lush roast chicken dinner, all weighed out 😇. This afternoon when i came back from work, i got all the dinner prepared, lunchboxes sorted, hoovered and then hit the treadmill for 45 minutes :whacky068: . Afternoon ladies :classic_big_grin:

Got back from work at 2pm and had two slices of kingsmill crustless bread toasted, cheese triangle, poached egg and 60g avocado and it was very tasty and a bit different to what I’ve been having lately.

Next week i might shake it up a bit and plan for the 5:2 which is built into the Nutracheck app, just interested to see what happens at the weigh in when following this.
These are the built in plans so it may be a good idea to switch it round a bit. There are eight different plans, the normal one which is what I’m doing this week and then the other seven, thought i might try a different one each week.

Well i have been so good all week 😇 so those scales better be nice to me on Sunday :classic_roll_eyes: I’ve stuck to the 1400 calories a day, been slightly under by a few each day so all good. Water intake has been spot on each day and I’ve also been on the treadmill and hitting my daily step count so I’m going to be very interested to see what is going to be staring me back in the face. I’m gonna have the right hump if it’s not good :classic_mad: so if i seem grumpy you’ll know why.
