Oh I thought it was today. :(

I was going to wait until March to start again but I will start tomorrow. Will weigh in,in the morning and I have 4 hours of litter picking to do so that will be my exercise for tomorrow. :)

I started calorie counting last Sunday 😁 i was going to record todays weight and change to a Saturday weigh in but changed my mind.

Oh yes I’m smiling :classic_big_grin::classic_big_grin::classic_big_grin::classic_big_grin:

Jumped on the bathroom scales this morning and a whopping 5lbs off, all i can say is that was well deserved. All week i have logged every morsel, upped my water, upped my calories to the recommended 1400 and added in a small amount of exercise each day. I’ve eaten so well and enjoyed the freedom of choosing whatever i like which makes life so much easier and I’ve felt less anxious which is a huge plus for me. Roll on week 2 and I’ll get back to uploading some pictures this week, didn’t do it last week as i just wanted to concentrate on the new app and get this week under my belt.

Today I’m starting afresh, I stopped drinking alcohol on the 9th December but replaced it with chocolate, no idea why as the stuff use to make me feel sick, now it seems I can eat it for England as a sport. So today like I said is a fresh start. Healthy eating, looking after myself and no bloody chocolate.

Evening Ladies

A very busy day for me today :stinkyfeet: worn out chasing around so much but managed to clock up 10,000 steps today.
On plan food wise coming in at 1325 calories, slightly under so all good.
Dinner tonight was a lovely piece of breaded cod with roasted tin potatoes, green beans and tartare sauce all for 559 calories :classic_big_grin:

Another good day for me, had my luscious porridge and blueberries with hot milk for breakfast. Lunch was a turkey salad flatbread, plum tomatoes and a small bag of crisps. For dinner tonight i made a butterflied chicken breast with italian seasoning with a large salad and 25g grated cheddar which was scrummy, folowed by blackcurrant jelly with cherries and squirty cream.
Total calories today is 1375

Evening all :classic_big_grin:

Just loving this Nutracheck website/app, so easy to log, fun to use and its an absolute doddle. Today I’ve had 1292 calories so 108 under which is fine. Just had a lovely roast dinner for 424 calories and didn’t bother having roast potatoes or parsnips, didn’t feel i needed them and I’m trying to cut my portions back.
Also been on the treadmill this afternoon and in total today I’ve clocked up +9000 steps :whacky068:

Thought I’d pop in and say hi 👋🏻

Today We were meant to be jetting off to Singapore to go on a cruise around south east Asia then off to the Maldives for 5 nights for our 30th wedding anniversary. But with everything that was going on we cancelled. So today instead we off to Wales for a few days. Will be nice to chill out after a real 💩 4 weeks.

Di your food is looking great but I’m with Mary on the roast spuds 😊.

I agree destination isn’t important but the break is. I remember when hubbys dad passed away, after it was all sorted we went away for a week in a log cabin just to get away from everything that had happened, it was just what we needed.
Wales is a chillout place, very slow paced and relaxing, I’ve had many holidays in recent years there. Just chillout

I agree about the roast spuds but i was trying to be healthy, i might give in to one next week :classic_big_grin:

I love Wales, could happily move here and live in the middle of no where. Use to come every year in May to visit family when growing up. We are in Brecon for tonight then the coast tomorrow. I totally agree a break is a break no matter where you go even ifs it 10 mins down the road.
Funeral isn’t until next Friday due to many reasons. So a little relaxation before.

You have to have more than one roastie 😋 xx
