Sunday:
Breakfast:
35g Fruit & Fibre (HEB)
Milk (HEA)

Lunch:
2 x Brown bread 800g loaf thick cut 10 syns
2 x ham
mixed salad
2 tsp LF mayo 2 syns

Dinner:
Boiled bacon
Cabbage
New potatoes
Mixed veg.

Drinks:
Coffee/ Sugar free squash.

Monday:

35g Porridge HEB
Milk HEA
Blurberries
