Hello everyone.
This is my fist time of doing anything like this so sorry if it turns our boring & lame :p ... I started my diet today so heres my first day ....

Breakfast: Wasnt hungry :/

Dinner: 4slices WW bread 4points.

Lunch: WW shepherds pie 4points.

Snack: 2 WW lemon & ginger cookies 1.5points.

Which gives me a total of ... 9.5points :eek: I feel really proud for my first day :D

I also did about an hour on kinect & painted my nephews bedroom this everning (2hours)...Is this good??

Hello again...
Also had a naughty sneak peak on the scales today. I weighed myself 3days ago (15st 5.6lbs) and today i weight 15st 2lbs ... so in the 3days iv had my scales and 2days of dieting iv lost 3.6lbs :D:D
2nd day on my diet & had a little hick up but didnt go over my point limit so i guess its still good :)

Breakfast: Didnt wake up untill 12 :eek:

Lunch: WW Tuna,mayo & sweetcorn half a tin(0.5point)
2 slice WW bread (2points)

Dinner: WW peperami pizza (8.5points)

Snack: Hula hoops (4points)
2x cream eggs (10points)
Can of fanta (1point)
WW ginger & lemon cookies (1.5points)

Todays Total: 27.5points.
Daily Allowance: 35points.

Back again for my 3rd day entry and things are still going really well. Always tempted to weight myself now iv lost but going to hold back to fingers crossed it will be a bigger loss next time i step on the scales :) ... Anyway here goes . (went out for lunch but was only party food, young family members little birthday party)

Half tin tuna,mayo & sweetcorn.
Total: 2.5points.

Lunch: Half slice ham
Mini pizza
Mini quiche
Few crisps
Total: 12points.

Dinner: Mexican chilli ready meal.
Total: 4points.

Snacks: 2lemon & ginger cookies
3x jaffa cakes.
Total: 4.5points.

Todays Total: 23points.
Daily Allowance: 35points.
