Can anyone help me answer this? Or maybe ask their consultant. I don't go to class, as I live in France & my nearest group would be 6 hours away in Portsmouth lol.

Cheese is a B option on the Green plan because it contains protein. You will notice that not all the cheeses on the B list are on the A list. This is because they are high in protein, but low in calcium.

The healthy extras are foods that contain neutrients to keep us healthy, but too much of them and we gain weight.

The A list is for calcium. The B list is for carbs/protein/fibre.
