Pretty much - but some are 5/5.5 - what were you thinking of?

I think 6 syns is an average. e.g 2 weetabix is 7 syns, a packet of ryvita minis is 5 syns, so if I have extra hex foods I look them up and syn them properly if I can.

Yeah it depends on what you're having eg 5 scan bran = 2.5 syns, 1 weetabix oaty bar = 3.5 syns.
