My eyes are red raw looking at my book. After trying EE for 2 weeks i have decided to go back to Original and green. I have the SW food optimising book from last year, apart from pitta's no longer being a HEX B is this book upto date? I have been looking for bread on red or green and it doesnt say its just pulses,potatoes on red and fish and meat on green. It states all the breads and cereals on the EE page does this also mean the same for other two plans ( weight wise ) I may just be being dizzy but am a bit confused:lost: Thanks
