Hiya I am very new to SW and really confused about how much bread I am allowed.
On a green day, is it correct that I can have 2 x HexB? Or can I only have 1?
What is 1 HexB (in terms of bread) on a green day? Is it 2 slices from a 400g loaf? Does that mean I could have 1 slice from a 800g loaf in stead?

Yes - 2 HEBs on a green day
A HEB is 57g wholemeal bread which usually works out to two slices from a small 400g loaf or one from the standard 800g loaf.

    2 HEXB's using for example Warburtons Wholemeal 400g = 4 slice.

Weightwatchers Danish Brown 400g would be 6 slices!

Half the above amounts of course for the large loaves.

I only know this because bread was one of the first things I had to stop pigging out on lol.
