HEXB bread

It seems all the bread I buy can't be eaten as HEXB. Usually hovis granary wholemeal or burden soya and linseed. Can anyone tell me of what bread they eat as a HEX. Either 400g or 800g loaf.

Thanks

57g of any wholemeal bread can be used as a HEB -that usually works out at around 1 slice of 800g or 2 of small 400g loaf. White nimble is also a HEB as it has added fibre in it

Granary bread does not have as much fibre in it as wholemeal so that does not count and the seeded breads are higher in fat
