Red Days HEXb Question on a red day

Question to clarify...

If I have a 227g baking potato for my lunch, can I then have 198g new pots with my evening meal which makes 2 HEXb for the day??

I have done this before but I just wanted to check.

yes that's absolutely fine.....you can use your HE b's on whatever you want.
I often use mine to have potatoes as it makes me control my portion size!!!
