Hexs in 2 meals

Question. If I use all my hexA in a meal and then save some for the next day, do I have to count these or does the meal count as like hex free as I have counted them the day before???

You can't carry HEXes over, so if you eat a meal containing, say, cheese, you would have to either syn the cheese part or use it as (part of) the next day's HEX allowance.
