    Hello! I have joined SW about a month ago- WI tonight but im sure i have hit the stone mark! Fingers crossed haha! Id like to ask you all how you stay motivated? Ive joined the gym and have 8-10 stone to loose :( a little overwhelming at times. I am also very busy with my 4 beauts so dont always get much time to prepare a fufilling dinner, so often go without... Please help! Xx
