Hi guys, this is going to be my second go at slimming world (lost 2st 2 years ago) added 3 since then though :-(. Hopefully this will be more successful. I'm so happy to have found this forum. Would love some tips on how to get the most out of it.

I'm off to the shops now to stock up on some free foods now! Hoping to motivate and be motivated with all like minded people.

It's harder to maintain than lose isn't it??? I lost 6 stone with WW but have put almost 2 back on but like you I'm back on the plan and it WILL come off again :break_diet:

It sure is, I think the key for me is to remember to get straight back to watching what I eat after a binge. I have a tendency to lose it for a good while with the usual " I've already had x and y today so what if I eat z"
