Hi all,

I've just joined although have been a reader for a while and love all the info and support that is given!

I'm joining SW on Wed and cannot wait. I have the worst willpower and am getting sick to death of myself!

I've upped my exercise over the past month, I bike 20-40 miles a week and do 3 zumba classes a week.

Just need to sort out my eating habits now!
