Hey girlies i messed up grrrr!!..

hey alll i messed up big time..

thursday night i went to my hip hop dance class and then the gym , came home and twisted my knee (problem with a torn ligament since a child) and it was unwalkable on !!! meaning i havent been doing exercise since thursday night... =[ =[... i feel a bit lost.. weighed myself on friday and due to my knee welling i weight 18 st 2 lbs and today swelling gone down and ive managaed to do some exercise working threw the pain.. i weigh 17 stone 13 + 1/2 lbs so although i made my under 18 stone target .. i feel so angry at myself for not being more careful and for not loosing as much as i want to this month....

Well i havent got the excuse of a twisted knee for hardly exercising this week!

You will be Ok hun, just try not to do too much too quick or you will be back to square one with another injury.
Does your gym have a pool? Just thought non weight bearing exercise may help?

Chin up - just remember how far you've already come x

ahhhh what a pain to damage your knee, but dont do too much or you might damage it further, try and go swimming and use a jacuzzi to help with healing.
you have lost so much so far,dont let this get you down.
hope u feel better soon xx

ah Kira sorry to hear about your knee Hope it gets better real soon!

Be careful exercising on it incase you do more damage to it!

Dont beat yourself up, accidents happen! I'm sure you will make up for lost time when you are 100% better! ;)
