Hi Hun, I don't know much about slimming world, I like my calorie counting with My Fitness Pal app. But welcome to forums, I get so much inspiration by just popping in to this section :)

I find circuit training a great form of exercise as it shapes and tones the body but also gets you out of breath so it counts as a form of fat burning cardio!
