I'm glad the site's useful for you! And aren't the colours fun? I don't know, maybe I'm an overgrown 4 year old, but it makes me happy every time I log in! :p

Well done you on your weight loss so far and on the heroic exercise efforts. 500-1000 cals in exercise? Crikey, I speak as a shameful non-exercising slob, but that's seriously impressive. Just don't work yourself too hard and make sure you throw in regular rest days to avoid injury and whatnot. 1500 cals is a very sensible total... I'm wondering if you're doing so much exercise whether you need a few more, though. See how you feel and if the demon hunger gets you by the throat, don't be afraid to up the total a bit to fuel your workouts.

    Good luck!!

Thanks for the comments guys, am defo having 2 rest days, Suturdays and Wednesdays. I am shocked at the cal content in ferreo rochers! A client brought me in a big box today and thank god I only had 3 and the other girls ate the rest, I was dead chuffed I resisted the rest. Although I did use 237 cals on them, it so could have been worse! Especially as a Saturday is usually my worst day for breking my diet and going on a binge lol.
Hows everyone elses weekend going? x
