  1. I'm aiming to get some good weight loss tips with help from you lot. Mainly on how to lose weight quickly but not whack on the pounds quickly after.

    I'm planning on losing about 10lbs in the next couple of months.

    I do try to eat healthily as much as I can & try to exercise, but I just can't seem to shift the pounds!

    Ive been on various diets & they do work at first, but then as soon as I'm at a happy weight, I can't seem to stay the same for long as the food seems to find me again.. Any ideas?

    Hi there msic... may be u can watch a programme called 10 Thing You Need To Know About Losing Weight on youtube. perhaps it will help you.
