    Love the mushy pea curry!!
    1 tin mushy peas
    1 tin chopped tomatoes
    1 courgette
    1 med red onion
    1 pepper
    2 tsp tikka curry powder
1 tsp ground ginger (or fresh)
1/2 tsp chilli powder (adjust to taste)
    2 tsp sweetner
    30ml milk

chop all vege's put in a large none stick pan, add all other ingredients bring tho the boil then simmer for 40 mins give time to reduce a bit. I sometimes add chicken, but the veg one is just as good, and saves rely well for a couple of days!! seen some posts on for this but all seem to vary on the ingredients.:D:D

That does sound nice, but I'm way too lazy and chuck a can of Asda chick pea dahl and a tin of mushy peas together :)

Have tried this - and blended 'fried' onion, the tomatoes and mushy peas together - was yum!! and I really don't like mushy peas (which is why I had to blend them) can't imagine it would taste good without blending tho
