Hey ladies, just a few quick questions!

Im starting Alli tommorrow and Im confused about one thing!
I usually eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, like cocopops which is less than 4grams fat with semi skimmed milk. Should I take an alli with it?
It seems like a waste of a pill!

Also, quick introduction, Im Michaela, 19 and Im a mental health student nurse. I weigh 165lbs and Im 5ft3ish

Take alli with every meal even if there is little fat in it, as it still gets rid of a certain amount of fat from what you eat!! Hope this helps, sorry not really go at explaining things!!
