Hey everyone,

I've decided to try Atkins starting today...
I have a big sweet tooth and I hope to get over that and plan to extend my break from gym...I've been working out like crazy and holidays made me gain some fat...I have 4 kgs to lose. I'm 5'6 and 55-56kgs.

Anyone on Atkins?Any tips or advices? How does it work? What about counting calories? Usage of fat? How much protein are you allowed to eat? I am not a big fan of veggies...been eating them like crazy for years...but binging and cheat days didn't help my diet so Atkins might because I like meat.
