Hey! Starting Monday!

Well, for the last 2 years I have either been on a diet, or eating silly amounts.
I have signed up to WW online (via quidco!) Im going to give it a go and am going to do the 30 day shred along side it.(:)eek:))!

I have done CD and SF and am looking to get to 9st, Im 11 at the minute.

Whats your tips for starting, whats your favourite free points?
Any advice?? :D

Hello and welcome :) the only tip I have is that if you fall off the wagon one day don't let the next day turn into a bad one too, draw a line under it and start again :)
Thanks! This is something Im terrible for, especially as a binger. I need to keep that controlled.
