Hi

After been on so many failed diets I am embarking on the Atkins!

I am excited and really looking forward to it and after trying every diet going I have come to the conclusion that carbs are not my friend!

I go o holiday in 9 weeks so I am wanting to shed around a stone and a half.

I am a absolute gym - a - holic and had lost weight recently with just exercise, but eating the same so the pressure is on!!

i'm on day three and have passed through the worst of the carb and caffeine hangover now and am on my way to feeling fab :)
