Hi I'm an old school s/w member returning ,and can't get my head around the plan ..... .if I make meals like campfire stew , curries, stews using free foods such as chicken beef and gammon if I'm adding onions veg etc spices do I need to do anything else as meals will consist of all free foods ... I think I'm getting confused with the concept if you have say pasta and meat you'd have to have 2/3 super free on plate Amy help or tips gratefully received x
 
Ignore the SP plan and stick to EE until you're sorted in your head. Foods arent called Superfree now - they're speed foods. Which is still most fruit and veg but not bananas, grapes and quite a few others that I cant remember off the top of my head (and books are at home)

And its 1/3 speed foods not 2/3

So if your curry has half speed veg in it and say free chicken then you can still have a portion of free rice and you're following plan

The new SP booster plan doesnt allow rice/pasta/potatoes

Hope this makes sense? Are you a SW member - so you have the new books?
