Hi a quick introduction. I did Atkins last june for about 2-3 months, . The weight loss was too slow for me,but have maintained the weigt loss by not eating many carbs and I got sick of the lack of choice. I missed Pasta, potatoes and went right off all the meat and high protien stuff.
I have now gone back to SW but, but a little worried that if I start eating plates of pasta I will wack loads back on. I have not been in Ketosis for months, so my carb intake could not have been that low. I reckon around 60 per day.
