HI All Cambrige Diet??

Hi All :)New at this so dont know how i will get on started the cambrige diet on the 24 October 2008 and have nearly lost 3 stone :D im on the 810 program at the moment but im find it very hard just want to eat everything that i see:cry:, and i have sliped up i have eaten everything but been luck not to have but any weight on, i am thinking about going back on to SS for 2 weeks to give my self a boost although my counclier says not to, i fell like that i havent been able to give it a good start on 810 as it was christmas day that i could start eating again n i have eaten all the wrong foods, just so scared of putting the weight back on, anyone got any good advice?? Welcome to Minimins and well done on your loss!

I agree with your counsellor, it's different if you need to go back to SS to get your remaining weight off but if you only want to go back to SS for two weeks you may be setting yourself up as a yo-yo dieter which is not good!

I myself have started 810 today so I know it can be a struggle but stick with it, you've done brilliantly so far :)
