Hi all :) newbie to ww.

Hi!! Just thought i'd introduce myself to the forum - im new to weight watchers, started on Tuesday. Not actually finding it too bad? Im not feeling deprived or anything like that at all - actually feeling in control of my diet (finally!) and i think the allowance (31 for me) is great!

I already feel less bloated and tired....so hopefully Tuesday should bring me some good news :)

keep up the good work all xxx :D

Hi chickadee!

I've just completed my first week on pro points & have found it so easy. I've tracked everything I've eaten but haven't deprived myself of anything. I haven't felt hungry & have had lunch at pizza hut too.
My first WI was yesterday & I lost 4lbs.

For me Pro Points doesn't feel like a diet at all.

welcome to minis and WW. theres lots of great info/recipes/success stories on the site so i hope you feel the benefits :D WW is great for getting to each good amounts and not feel deprived. lots of continued success to ya xxx
