After a long time of reading some very inspirational posts and diaries here I've finally been brave and joined!
I go to slimming world and have the most amazing consultant but it will be lovely to have some online people to chat and swap ideas with and to maybe give me a kick up the bum when things aren't going the way i think they should be!! ;-)
