Hi All,

Just thought i'd post to say a quick hello. I've recently decided to bite the bullet to try lose some weight and I'm going about it by trying to learn how to cook properly and exercising 3/4 times a week. So far i've lost two stone in the last two months but I thought I'd join up here as i'm always looking for tips and help to keep me motivated!

Look forward to getting to know some of you a bit better and having a proper read through the forum!
