Hi my names lisia I'm on the slimming world plan I follow the green days and find it a tad hard I have lost weight but seem to have gained and now I'm back to my starting weight :( I'm also celiac so it hard to find things to eat any tips would be appreciated xx also I'm looking for a syn free cake or something recipe xxx

you don't have to stick to one type of day, you know you can have 1 green, 1 red and 2 EE or all EE or all red. I find it best to swap and change.
