    I'm not new to MiniMins but I am returning after about 6 months of winter laziness.

    I'm not on a strict diet as such, just cutting down on the junk food and getting my running shoes on.

    Previously I weighed 15st4lb but through exercise and eating better within about 6 weeks that was down to 14st2lb now I'm back to 14st12lb not good lol

    I have created a diary in the weight loss section if anyone would like to follow my journey

    Or make your own diary, they're good motivators

    Good luck!! Im hoping to start back running again too...been a few yrs tho lol but my treadmill in my gym is looking like it needs a good dust off!! Im hoping i can manage it on a vlcd :0)

    I don't own a treadmill at the moment I go street running but I'm hoping to get a treadmill before the winter as that's when I really struggle to get motivated

    Yeah defo a good idea to get one-no excuses!! Lol I have lots of lovely places to run right where i live but having a 2yr old doesnt give me much me time lol so grabbing 30mins at home is best option!

    Haha yeah they have a group that do that near me but my little boy wanted to run too!!

    LOL kids always want to join in. Expecting my first in June :) little girl so busy doing the nursery at the moment

    Congratulations!! Wow life is about to change then!! You'll defo need a treadmill then,you can wirk out at 1am....3am...5am... lol

    Haha yeah that's about right. I'll be getting some early morning runs in when she arrives no doubt, or late night haha

    Plus all the hours of pacing around will be great!!! My first day running is booked in my calendar for nxt wk so will be in full ketosis an should manage better lol

    I've got to be determined this winter to makesure if I don't have a treadmill by then that I get out the house lol
