Hi everyone.

I am new here!

I am very overweight. tried all the diets, but always screw up somehow. Lately my attitude to diets/food/weightloss has changed dramatically. I am now seeing food as fuel rather than a crutch, which seems to be a really positive starting point to losing weight.

I am a full time mom, live in the West Midlands, 31, old rocker!

So just wanted to say hello.

Don't say you're old at 31! I turn 30 next week & i have no intention of EVER being old! (maybe i'm deluding myself though. :sigh:)
