Hi there Laura, its hard not to slip up, the mind is very powerful and it takes time to break habits of emotional eating, you have to be strong and do lots of head work. Whilst I wouldn't say one slip up is ok, because its not (sorry) its not the end of the world. Draw a line under it and move on. Every day is a new day, take it one day at a time.
