Morning everyone thought i would post my food plan as often as i am able.So
here goes,planned,written and comitteed.

1/2 pt S.S milk for the day.
AM
1 blue cup porridge oats made with water. 1 red cup of frozen mixed berries,1 tsb low fat greek yoghurt with a sprinkle of cinnamon .

Lunch
Meeting friend for meal at local pub checked out the menu.

piri piri chicken on skewers with plain mixed salad.
8/12 strawberries.

4pm -6pm 1 apple
R.C. Class 45 mins exc

Dinner
1 egg mushroom omelette (no fat)
large stir fry with spices.

1 baked apple,2 walnuts,2tbs yoghurt


If i want/need a snack later will have a piece of fruit.
